Verona is a beautiful city, there are wonderful places that you cannot miss but that you cannot reach on foot. How to do? Rent one of our scooters and admire Verona from the top of the Torricelle, or use it to take a tour on Lake Garda or visit a winery in Valpolicella. Then you will tell us if it was worth it.
The price depends on the chosen vehicle model and includes rental, mandatory RC insurance, a locker for the scooter and up to two helmets.
The requirements for the rental of one of our scooters are the possession of a valid driving license (see below), 21 years of age and a minimum of driving experience.
To ride our scooters, you do not need any specific motorcycle license, but your license must be recognized by the Italian Government. If you have a driving licence issued by any EU country, by an EFTA country (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) or by England the "category B" licence for driving cars is fine. For all people who do not fall into the category just mentioned, it will be MANDATORY an international license.
Riding a scooter is quite simple, it is important however to stick to the road rules and always pay attention. Before you leave, we will give you all the information on the operation and driving of the vehicle. For your safety, we reserve the right to rent our vehicles only to those who have a minimum of experience riding scooters.
Our vehicles are always subjected to maintenance to minimize any type of problem. However, we always ask great caution and maximum care for the vehicle you are driving. The KASKO insurance is not included. In case of damage to the scooter, we will contact our mechanic for an evaluation of the damage, to have a fair evaluation of the refund. If the scooter has any problems, call us immediately: we will pick you up as soon as possible. Alternatively, the return to Verona will be covered by us. Remember that the maximum distance limit indicated in the contract must be respected.
Of course, there is nothing more beautiful than taking a scooter trip with friends or with your partner! On each scooter can climb two people!
We are open everyday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. You can choose the pick-up time that's most convenient for you. The same thing applies to the delivery time.
We are aware that not everyone has a credit card, so we ask for a deposit of 200.00 euros in cash that will be returned at the end of the rental period.
You can pay by credit card or debit card in advance on the site to reserve the scooter or, if you prefer, by card or cash, directly at our headquarters. If you want to pay by bank transfer you can contact us by e-mail. On the day of collection, we will ask you 200,00 euros in cash as deposit, which will be returned at the end of the rental period.
By booking through our website you will have the guarantee of reserving the vehicle for the period you have chosen. You can also simply contact us and ask us to block the vehicle. In this case we will mark your reservation, but we do not guarantee availability in case the scooter is booked.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to thirty days in advance. From the thirtieth day, the cancellation will cost 30% of the amount paid, while from the tenth day the entire amount will be charged. In case of impossibility to rent for reasons not attributable to Verona Travel, the full amount of the rental will be retained.
By following the highway code and our directions you will not run into any problems, but if you commit any infringements it will be entirely your responsibility.
